Mata Kucing Brow Liner - Start by brushing your brows up with the spoolie brush. This helps tame the stubborn hairs and allows you to get a better view of the shape. Begin by gently drawing an outline on the middle area of your brow. Note that we’re not starting from the inner corner to prevent the points from looking too harsh! (Yikes) Note to self: A little goes a long way. Continue by softly filling in any sparse areas using short dash-like strokes to mimic your natural hairs and use a spoolie to blend the product, soften and you’re good to go!
